Occasionally, an applicant may ask you a question to which you don't know the answer. In such cases, the first step is to check for any additional information provided. Always make sure to review any additional notes associated with the question or explore the job information located on the left-hand side of your Vette page. If neither of these sources provides you with an answer, you can respond to the applicant by saying, "I don't have the information in front of me at the moment, but I'll make sure to take note of your question and pass it on if you proceed to the next round in the interview stage."
